how do u find the tempurature of your CPU, Video card and PSU?

For ATI users use ATI Tray Tools

For Nvidia Users, use the software that comes with cards.

Also some card don't have sensors so you can't do it without puchasing sensors which I wouldn't recommend.

All depends, their is some 3rd party software out there (A google search will turn up results) however if your parts don't have a temp sensor on them you can't do anything.

ATItool for the video card temperature and overclocking, Speedfan or Motherboard Monitor for the CPU and case temperatures. Speedfan also reads out fan RPMs and can also be used to control fan speeds.

you can read the RPM of the PSU fan, haven't heard of any way to get the PSU temperature.

to enter the BIOS, press F2 or Del during POST. these are the usual keys, but it may vary from mobo to mobo.
