GeForce 5700?..................

Ok, first off, why is this card so rare? and second, I run the game with a 5500 which is ok, but obviously could be much better. If I go through the trouble of finding a 5700 and buying it; does anyone know how much of a difference it would make?

dont bother with it, it's really not worth it. dont go any lower than a 6800 gt.

i got a 5700 LE 256 MB and it really sucks , you'll be able to play on low/medium if your lucky , im gonna get me a 6800 GS soon and i suggest you do the same and spend a little more money.Also i think they are so rare because no store carries them anymore .

i think it all depends on the pipelines and the version. i have the 5700 VE 256MB. it has been REALLY GOOD TO ME. i get a 99 fps average. during artys, i get around 80. o yea i have it on custom so, half low half med. and also, i keep finding 5700 s in stores. so, not so rare to me.

it would make no difference what so ever might increase it by 2fps, i also recommend save up for a good card like a 6600GT.

If your gonna upgrade a 5 series nvidia id get an ATI card 9800se as those card are better than the 5 series. but i still stand by buy a 6600GT youll never regret it!

6600gt is superior than 5700.. i run all mediums and its fine... no problems

DO NOT GET THE 5700 card, tis old now, get something from the 6 Series like the 6600 GT or 6800 GT. If you want to go the distance then 7800 GTX

Just one thing I forgot to mention and non eof you know, my M-board is PCI. Which is why 5700 is like the highest I could go. So now thats in the open. Would I be getting better gameplay and graphics if I go up to a 5700. And what stores? I've yet to see a 5700 in stores and if so they sure as hell aren't for PCI

exactly right dont waste ur money on 5700 get something better but it does depend on how much money u have
