I am getting a new case for Christmas from my girlfriend, and I was wondering if improving the number and locations of the fans will make much of a difference in cooling my system.
Right now I am working with 1 80MM fan on the rear of my case and the PSU Fan.
The Case I am getting has a side panel 80MM, A top mounted 80MM, will be adding a 120MM rear fan, and two 80MM Hard drive fans. Will this dramatically change in case temps? The 80mm rear fan I have now never really blows out warm air and my temps seem pretty good all around.
Also, are there any slot fans that might help out the dinky fan on my XFX Xtreme edition 7800GT? That thing has the crappiest fan I can imagine and was wondering if there was a fan for forcing more air into there.
PS: The XFX stock cooling is better than a Zalman 700cu copper HSF so the stock copper heatsink just needs more air.
