6600gt vs 6800xt

which one is better because the xt is only about 20 to 30 more than the gt and i was wondering it it was worth it oh and its a XFX 6600gt 128 pci-e and a evga 6800xt 128 pci-e

this 6800xt is not ddr3 its only 64 bits omg this card should be max about 5% faster than this 6600gt
