It should be set to whatever you feel is best for you. I usually play at the middle setting and when I snipe, I'll swtch to the lowest setting. That's what's good w/ "on the fly" adjustment w/ the G5. So pretty much, you'll just have to experiment while playing and find the setting(s) that suits your needs.
