AGP texture acceleration not available?

My friend has a probelm where games looks all phucked up.I think the problem is that AGP texture acceleration not available On my 3 computers I have it but on his it's not available, he has a 6600gt(AGP) anyone know how to fix this?

Upgrade motherboard chipset drivers.
