The wattage rating means little. Whats the brand and how many amps are on the 12v rail is more important. You need a good PSU to overclock.

That ram is great fore overclocking. Here is an example of 272mhz (DDR550ish) at 3-3-2-5 timings:

        Re: My new computer

OCing your vid card has less to do with your other components than your cpu. Look at it this way...If you are trying to build a car with great handling, you need a good suspension. That suspension includes a lot of things. So if you just get a great anti rollbar and keep everything else stock, you're handling won't improve much. But if you get stickier tires, harder springs, better struts, etc, your handling will improve significantly. The same goes for a computer. You need a good mobo, good cpu, GOOD PSU, and good RAM. If you skimp on any of them, you will have a hard time overclocking.
        How's that for an anology?

I would use an NForce Mobo, Via MOBo's are a pain to setup with SATA.
I would ditch the Sound (the sound on most mobo's these days, Realtek normally are better than adequate, you are gaming not mixing music after all) altogether and spend that $$ on more memory, 1gb doesnt cut it anymore. Go with 2GB of the stuff you have listed. I use Kingston Hyper-X CL2, it is worth looking into, .5 in CAS Latency is a big deal I have found, especially with BF2.
Buy a 550W to 600W PSU you will not regret it.
Mobo companies to avoid: Asus and MSI
I have been totally pleased with my ASROCK 939 DUAL SATA2 ($66 from mwave.com)
However Gigabyte make a great board.

Thanks rymaples...j-train thanks for trying but I can only get these parts at the on place http://www.satacomputer.com/ because my parents won't let me order off the net yet....and you were commenting about the first system spec i have an updated on on the 2nd page.

Oh yea and again I am on a very tight budget so i can't really afford the case and seperate Power Supply

I think I might not OC anything since the rest of my stuff i guess isn't good enough and it looks to complicated to OC

                    Re: My new computer

You could always get a $30 case and a decent PSU and spend a little bit more. Yes that is a decent computer to play games on. Just don't expect a lot out of it.
The reason I think we are trying to get you to get better parts is because we have really good parts. It's hard to recommend anything that is "less" than what we have. It's like having a car with power windows, and when you buy another car, you won't go down to hand cranked windows. lol
