Code out the error and look it up in your mobo manual. Try the RAM in another system, or run memtest86 on it. Chances are its the mobo.

Does this prevent you from getting past the BIOS POST?
If no, then go to your memory manufacturers homepage, download a memory diagnostic utility. Create a boot disk as instructed and let the program test your RAM. If no faults are reported, it's definitely the motherboard.

If you can't get past the BIOS POST, then take out your RAM modules, and boot your PC with only one of them installed (assuming you have more than one).
