Basically right now i have 768 mb of ram. my comp only has 2 slots and cant handle more than 1 gig of ram. one of my ram cards is 256 mb and the other is 512. is it really worth to get rid of the 256 and get one more 512 for another 200mb of ram? will it really make a difference? please state your opinion! thanks!

Or you could get rid of both sell them on eBay or something. And get two gig sticks thats if you got the cash. But if you don't want to do that ya I would get another 512. And you aren't a noob for asking questions it is normal to ask a lot of questions when you are about to spend some cash you want to know what you are going to get out of it. -

He said the mobo can't take more than 1gb of ram, so he's stuck at 1gb. I say try to upgrade instead...if you can.Comment
