Hey I was justwondering if someone could tell me if having a twelve volt rail of 11.08 volts at idle is affecting my video card peformance? any help will be greatly apreciated, thanks in advance.

Yes, normal spec is usually within 3%. That reading is way out of spec. -

I figured this was a piece of ****e, just bought a new monitor, and it keeps ****ing me off, i keep having to hit auto set button, cuz the words on the screen seem blurry. geuss im off to tigerdirect.ca as newegg doesnt do canada.
