Someone told me that a eraser is what is needed to clean RAM contacts and then some alcohol, dry and thats it.Is it true? if not then what do you guys use to clean them?

i would not use anything else than a wet towel.
oh and be sure to have the current turned off lol

Take the ram out and use some rubbing alcohol. A small amount on a preferably lint free cloth. It will clean the copper pins nicely. Just allow time for it to dry (30 minutes or so) and then pop it back in.

touch ram with a towel, i screwed up a stick of ram, just from touching it, whats wrong with me lol.

yeah they dont like even the slightest bit of static, clean them?? why do they not work properly? i like the moto if it aint broke dont fix

You *can* use an eraser to clean the contacts. I'd prefer that any time over static prone cloth or any sort of liquids.

the question is why are the contacts dirty? they shouldnt really have any crap on em unless your dogs been burying them in the yard again
