    Ok... wtf? SLOTS

I need to know wich slots i have! I thought i had pci, but i keep finding things like pci-express or agp in my pc when i look through it on Everest Home edition. Any clear way i can tell? When it loads up it does say '' loading pci devices '' so.. If that's true i can get a 6800 instead of a 6200..

No way i'll have enough for the 7800, i bought my own 5700 (pci) but it broke in my pc (wonder why) or atleast it stoped working. So now i'm asking my parents for a replacement like a 6600 or a 6800 for christmas. My brother is getting a 6800, if the 6600 is alot cheaper (from going around newegg it's about $70 cheaper) and it can play the game on high smoothly, (from looking at threads at this forum) i'll go with that. Anyone have it? How well does it really play? I'm sure i'm going to get a performance boost comming from the 5700 pci either way i go.

Also, how well do both of these play cod2? I'm playing the game on a (pathetic) 5200fx.

It depends upon how nice Dell was to him. If they gave him a higher rated PSU yes, if they just threw some ****ty ass 300W PSU in there, no. I don't know the specs on his machine. If he is running PCI-Express as was stated then he may have to upgrade his PSU either way, as most of those cards require power adapters.

If hes got a dell case he cant fit normal size PSUs in there.
