I Have a DFI SLI-DR ExperT Motherboard and some other stuff that i am putting together and was wondering what would be better?

4x512mb
or
2x1g

there will be some minor overclocking but not much i was looking into the Corsair XMS 2x512 but i will be putting 4 sticks in

well people tell me that when you put 4/ 512mb sticks in it slows down the the speed is that true? if i was going to get that ram i would get 2 gs or is it worth it to get the 1gbx2? people tell me aswell that that is faster than having four sticks

Get the ocz 2x1gb, the 4x512mb might slow you down, but the 2x1gb shouldn't.
