    Monitor Help

Hi, I need some help with a monitor. I’m going to get a new monitor for Christmas. I’m looking for a 19” LCD but I don’t know what to get. From newegg, I found this, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824009066 witch seems good. I don’t have anymore that $300 to spend so any help is good. Thanks.

The price is good, but its slow. 12ms will probably show some ghosting when your playing. Try to find one under 10ms.

If you can scrape together another $60 this is an excellent monitor.

I wouldn't say that, as long as the response time is 12ms or lower it shouldn't ghost at all. 16ms and above and it will though. Also, the monitor lil jimmy found is nice too, if you wouldn't mind spending another 60 bucks.

That's why i say probably, maybe not, but if given a choice, under 10ms is best. Yes the monitor Lil Jimmy found is nice, I have the younger brother 17' at 6ms. I am happy with it.

Yeah, I've got the 8ms version to the one I linked to and it's sweet as hell.
