Help me find Drivers!

Hey guys,

Well after I got the PC working (almost) properly again after the PSU issue, I flashed the bios and it got corrupted, so I bought a new Mobo:

A crappy MSI K8N Neo4.

The drivers on the packaged CD did not give me what I needed. My 3dMark05 scores are lower than my old 6800GT scores, and I know its not the Motherboard, because an Nforce4 chipset should demolish my ASrock Uli.

Can you guys help me find the correct drivers? I tried searching MSI's site but the drivers links were down.

Any help would be appreciated.:)

Use MSI LiveUpdate.

I did that, it came up with 7 VGA drivers and 1 bios update.

The most up to date VGA driver didn't help a bit. And I'm not messing with the Bios after what happened to my ASrock.

Go to WWW.NVidia.com and download the lastest Nforce4 drivers I have the K8N Neo4-F they work great for me.

NForce 4 is only PCI-e and he said it was MSI in his first post....

ALready got the latest Nforce4 drivers. No better. Did you have to update the Bios? I have heard that other people with xfx 7800GT's were able to fix their frame rate with a bios upgrade.

The bios updates are really easy, just grab two floppies and follow the directions very carefully.

I've done bios flashes several times and the last one I did was a windows bios change (stupid ASrock) that failed, and f'ed my last board. I just flashed the newest bios for my new board after checking A64info and seeing that my CPU was only running at 1ghz Even in the bios it said it was at 2.2ghz. After the new bios its 100% faster, just got a 7635 on 3dmark.

That's good,at least you fixed your problem, but that's also why I'll never do a bios flash in windows.

I never would have done it but freakin' ASrock only had a windows flash for their Venice supporting bios. I guess I'll RMA it or put a new Bios chip in and sell it once I determine its still good.

IF you have a bios update available, you should do it, it could be limiting everything on your computer, i know your consern, but you ahve to do it.
