Just say no to kits. That kit looks very inferior to anything custom IMO, but to answer your question, yes, that should fit. Also I wouldn't reccomend that motherboard....

Yes but I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT get a watercooling kit, instead, get your own parts (water blocks, pumps, tubing, heatcores, etc...) WC kits are a huge rip-off, it's like buying a pre-built desktop. Get your own watercooling materials and make your own system.

VIA chipsets aren't know for their overclocking ability. And IMO that's not a good price.

number one stay away from water cooling it comes with a whole host with problems.

Don't listen to this idiot above me, matthab. There's never any problems with watercooling, only the person installing them.
Not only are kits inferior to custom built ones, majority of the time the temps are exactly the same as aircooling or worse. Don't put a kit in your computer even if it was given to you for free.

I think that it's the coolant that glows, but you might find the pipes at dangerden, that's the best place to buy wc parts.
