btw what programs do you guys use to check? is it an all in one? beacause mine only checks those two thinks, i have to go into nvidia settings to look, i have Ai Booster showing on my second monitor and i want something that shows all

Under "computer" then "sensor" in everest shows you the temps of all the things you have sensors for.

CPU= ~40c
GPU= ~45c for both
MB= 39c

Load:
CPU= ~50c (gotta love that heatpipe cooler)
GPU= ~55c (typically 2 to 3 deg hotter on the lower one
MB= 40c

Your CPU temp is quite high for an AMD, is it OC'ed at all? To try and keep your temps down make sure that all your fans are working to the propper speed, clear out any dust, it can slow fans and it destroys them rather fast aswell.

On load? cause if it's idle, your GPU will die soon. 70C on load is like the highest it can be.

It can be much higher. Normal high end GPUs idle anywhere between 45-60C with stock cooling. Under load hitting 70C with stock cooling is completely normal. Mine starts to hit artifacts and freeze around 82C, but that's just if I'm playing a really graphicly intense game like FEAR and have it overclocked a lot.

CPU: 30C idle, 47C load. Using TT XP-90 with 45CFM fan(not the tornado as mentioned in sig), 380mhz OC.
