My BIOS? I have looked around but I cant find it in my comp..

HAHA. Thats amazingly funny. I'm really laughing on this end, HAHA!

You have to restart your PC dude. When it says "Press Delete to enter Setup" or w/e it is on your PC (might be F2), thats where you enter your BIOS (Basic Input-Output System).

If its a brand-name PC like a Dell, then the BIOS is locked and you won't be able to change anything.

Lol, if you don't know what (or where) a BIOS is, don't try overclocking, which I'm assuming is what you're trying to do.

no no.. I got a new pair of headphones and it said to make sure I activate AC97 in my BIOS

I would recommend never even going near the bios, especially if you have no idea what the hell you're doing.
