Minimum Server Req. for small LAN game?

Anyone know the minimum system requirements for a lan server? I've got an extra computer that I'd like to through a copy of BF2 on and setup as a lan server. Maybe play some of the stunt mod with it too.

specs:
933mhz P3
768mb PC133
Radeon 8500dv

An idea if this will work? Also what's a good server manager program to use?

Not sure about the specs, but most people use this to manage their servers.

Graphics dont' matter on the server. I doubt that it would work because I believe the server must meet the games minimum specs. Although there is no harm in trying I guess.
