Yeah, i like the setup, the CPU especially, only if they had that in s939. THat memory is the exact one i have, so i can't say anything too bad about it. The case might not be too good, especially the PSU.

Decent, but I'd go with a socket 939 setup now, 754 is pretty much dead.

Its nice, but thats not the minimum you need. I built a Sempron 64 system for my friend for a total of $570 counting S+H and tax. Overclocked, the processor was like a Athlon 64 4000+ at stock, it had a 6600GT in it, and 1GB ValueSelect, with the Uber-awesome DFI Lanparty nF3-250GB. When I built the system, his system was like the one I had at the time, before I pushed my proc to 2.7 and upgraded to 2GB. And mine cost $1100 0_0
