      whatever you do, don't do the same mistake as i getting a logitech Precision Gaming Headset, it will lose sound on the right side in a matter of weeks no matter how careful you are with it. I had to take it apart and put it together. It is very good either way apart from that.

        I only got em so I can game or listen to music at night when everyones asleep. Otherwise I use my 5.1 set-up.... that's why I didn't need expensive headphones. If you use headphones only though, yeah you should get expensive ones since the cheaper they are the less time they last.

            I own Sennheiser Pc 160's.

            I love them. All day comfort, no sweat. Awesome sound. Excellent noise cancelling mic, sounds like a phone call. One sided cord. Good 3d positioning.



            You can get em at newegg for a decent price.
