Luck. Getting the info from watching OC Forums and XtremeSystems Forums overclocks for a month and a half now.

Are those on air cooling? If they are, then go look at CABNE results (don't include week 40s). Needless to say that all these 939 Opterons overclock magnificiently, but some are guarateed to overclock better than others.
