Do I need a new mobo?

MY system is a P4 3.0ghz at 3.33 221 fsb
azenram 1 gb pc3200 ddr
asrock p4vm800 mobo
western digital 40 gb hd 8mb cache
300 watt psu- a good two years old.
ati radeon x800xl agp @ 430/1107 max temp 60c

Currently im getting 22576 in 3dmark01, is this a good score for my computer? i was comparing to some others and ive seen some 9800's up in the 20000 range. if anyone can help me out on this one thanks.

to the overclocking part, my computer doesnt boot when i put the fsb up to 225, is this the mobo? ram?
even my memory bandwidth in sandra05 are only 3000mb/s and it says i should be around 6000. someone please hlp me as this is driving me insane having a 3000mb bandwidth. :cry:

1.3gb ram (2700)

and a x800XL agp 8x


What you need is a new processor, not a new mobo :P but if you can afford both then go ahead, get a good 3.2E/3.4E intel, im sure it fits in your ring nice and deep so then you can pleasure yourself in bf2.

well id at least like to be able to get my cpu up to 3.5 at least, as ive seen this cpu go to 4.2 air cooled. about my psu its just a grey boz that came with my old computer a few years ago, i know i shoulda have upgraded it too. i do have a budget for upgrading and it isnt to much, ive allready got my cpu, ram and video card(in sig).
simio, i just upgraded to this cpu from my amd athlon 2000. i made a mistake:cry: o well theres always next summer, for when all the kick ass games will be floating around the market.
anyone have a clue about my memory bandwidth? is this a normal speed(3000mbs) for a p4 3.0e? ive just about pulled every hair out on my head with this thing. thanks everyone.
