    ram more expensive in uk?

i was looking at upgrading to either double 1GB or single 2GB memory and i was looking at prices on newegg it shows about $250-350 but when i checked kelkoo.co.uk its shows them at £320-550 i was wondering is there any diiference the ones on kelkoo where for dell comps, would i be able to buy from US? and why is there such a big difference. lastly should i only get single 2GB card if dual is not supported?

RAM in America is cheaper. Get 2x1GB.

      You can get 2 x 1 GB Corsair TWINX2048-3200PT for £190 from www.overclock.co.uk.

Yea but minimum wage is much higher..... ;-)

Oh, and if you have kids you can claim a ridiculous amount of benefits and never work again.

i just brought 2x1GB kingston KTD-DM8400/1G didn't really know what i was looking for but kingston recommended that for my dell comp. came to £235 incl vat. do you think i need to update my graphics card as well?

i have ati x300 i have looked at the other ones available but the are all quite expensive. do you think the x300 is good enough for a bit or is it obsolete after one year of having it?

Depends where you buy them in the UK. And as the other guy said, minimum wage and benefits are better

Yeah, it sucks. I was looking at some kingston RAM. In UK was £89, whereas the same RAM in the US was £62...

Does anyone know a site that you can get parts at US prices but they deliver to the UK.
