well what i would suggest doing is removing the battery in the motherboard and leave ur comp on for like 10 minutes if all else fails then i would re-install windows.

I've tried that and how would re-installing Windows help if I CANT SEE ANYTHING.

Do you have another monitor? You could hook it up to see f the monitor was really the problem and if it wasn't then maybe you could borrow a neigbors :). If that doesn't work do what he said^.
