hmm... It's a little hard to tell what it really sounds like, as it probably didn't come through just as it really sounded. Is it more like a yeti yodeling/screaming, or a cat screeching? If it's the cat one, I'm pretty sure it's a loose bearing in one of your fans. If it's the yeti one, then it's probably your HDD.
