    Yeah my own 2500+ hit the roof a bit shy of 2.4 Ghz so it might be that you have maxed out the CPU. Is your CPU locked? If it isn't then maybe you can take the multiplier down a notch to see if it really is the CPU holding you back.

      Yeah, it's locked for sure. Made after week 39, too, so it's "super locked". I didn't know about that stuff when I bought it, otherwise I would have used the old 2500+ to 2.4ghz trick.
