    Distorted Video

I have 2 nVidia 6800 256MB videocards in an SLI config and BF2 seems to run fine but the video seems to be all distorted. This is the also the same for Doom 3. It looks like the SLI is not rendering properly. BF2 runs great on all high settings with one card. I have swapped the cards in the slots but still no change. I have the latest nVidia video driver installed. Can anyone help?

The intro movies are fine...it's just the graphics within the game are distorted. I will try to post some screenshots....I'm about to give up on SLI and go with one 7800 card....I'm getting ****ed. Thanks for your help.

Make sure all of your settings are on Application Preference and then use the in-game AA/AF(Texture Filtering) settings to apply them. Or vise versa.

          Re: Distorted Video

Well I know that with nVidia Coolbits I can change the settings for the bf2.exe executable so I can change the rendering. But for BF2 it says that the rendering is application controlled and many other settings are application controlled. I have all my settings within the game on high. The game runs fine with just one card but when I try to use the SLI it causes the issues. Can you change the rendering within the game settings?

No it will be in the SLI control panel thingy when you turn it on.

                Re: Distorted Video

HAHA yes that's possible...but I'm think of just selling these 2 cards on ebay for cheap. I'm gonna go with one 7800GT card without the SLI crap. I have two Gigabyte nVidia Geforce 6800 256MB video cards for sell. Anyone want to purchase them? Theay are brand new. I got them for $210.00 each but I will sell them for $150.00 each. Any takers?

What is your monitor refresh rate and stuff? It could honestly be the monitor in which case the cards wont' make a difference.

I have a 17' Westinghouse LCD monitor. I have the resolution set to 1280 by 1024 at 75 Hz and I also have it set to that resolution in the game as well. Like I said one card works fine....it's just when I try to do an SLI config....
