no response so let me repost. i have a pci express computer that recognizes 4.48 gigs of ram. i currently have 2.24 gigs of kingston standard ram.what improvement would i see with 4.48 gigs of high performance memory.some suggestions on brand and specs would be appreciated.

With BF2? Likely none unless you created a RAM drive and loaded the game on it. -

Oh..since this was posted in a BF2 forum, I thought you meant BF2 performance.
It depends on the apps you are running.
If you're doing video editing or performing other tasks that deal with enormous files, I'd say yes.
Windows loading time and the loading times of most applications would probably be only slightly faster..certainly would not be twice as fast or anything.Comment
