Hi guys, i was wondering if i would be able to put my old 1gb 333mhz PC2700 stick of ram in with my 2 x 512mb 400mhz pc3200 sticks of ram?

unless u manualy set the clocks to 400 and then u would be overclocking that 1 stick and the other 2 would b at stock speeds, assuming that 1 stick doesnt' **** out on u when u do this, ur goldenComment

Not without problems and/or total failure to operate afterwards...
I have seen someone with 3 different speeds in 3 slots...it auto configured his ram to run at a strange intermediate speed combining them all. I think it was 287mhz...something like that.
What YOU should be able to do though since you have only 2 speeds...is run all 3 sticks at 333mhz, which is a complete waste of those 2 400mhz modules.
So...don't even bother.Comment
