I know this is a dumb question, but I have to ask....

Where do I see my framerate?

If you download FRAPS from http://www.fraps.com/download.php then you can toggle framerate view in the corner whilst configuring it... then play the game with FRAPS running in the background, this is a greast way to capture mulltiple screenshots in game too by setting a Hotkey.

Or open console in game (that's the ~ key) and type in "renderer.drawfps 1" (no quotes) and hit enter.

yeah fraps is FREE and it works great. but be warned when you record for a movie your framerate cuts in half, it gets a little jerky.

Ok, with fraps and the console, I show about 60 fps on the 6600GT OC. I'll report back after installing the 7800GT OC in the morning...

OK, correction.. With everything on HIGH and 4 x AA set, I am getting 37 fps and it is jerky as hell.

7800 install is 13 hours away...
