What Video Card should i upgrae to next?

i currently have a Radeon x700 LE 256MB PCi-E x16

My rig:
3gh p4 w/ ht
1gb RAM
120GB HD

what video card will give me the biggest difference in BF2 gameplay from what i have now which cost about $350 or less? with the same pci slot and 256mb of memory if not more. thanks for the help guys!

go for the 7800 series Nvidia cards. I just popped my new BFG 7800GTX in I got today and the performance increase is INSANE. My cpu is such a bottleneck on this card but that will change with the AMD 64 4000

Are if you want to a Fire GL the most current one though from ATI.

Well, guys if ya really want to know what to upgrade 2 next! They just came out with a 6800 gt that is dual core. meaning 2 cards in one that would mean in SLI mode you would have the power of 4

7800GT hands down, it's cheap, and it provides tons of performance.

2 6800gt's = the power of a 7800 or a little over, for a lot more than what the 7800 costs, go for the 7800.

It depends, do you have PCI-E or AGP? If you have PCI-E then get a 7800gt/gtx or if you can get one an X1800. Unfortunately, without upgrading my mobo and the works, I'm stuck w/ AGP, best card hands down for AGP now is the X850XT PE. This is the competition for the 6800 series. But a better card, for the "almost dead" AGP.
