Case fan broken? PICS!

This 92mm 3pin fan cant pull/push air. I put my hand on either side of the fan when its running and i dont feel anything!

WTF!

I connect to the motherboard and i went to speedfan but i couldnt change the speed. Also in bios the option aint there.

If it is spinning it's working. Put a piece of paper in front or behind it to see. It will either push or pull it. It's a larger fan so it is probably spinning slower.

Its a crapy fan. I just realised. LOOK, it says 0.1A, it supposed to be like 0.14-30 or something. it wont push air. lol!
