Cant decide which motherboard to buy...

Friend of mine gave me a AMD 64 Mobile 3200+ (Socket 745), and I cant decide which motherboard to go with. Been looking at newegg and cant pick between the DFI LanParty ($100) and the Gigabyte GA-K8Ns ($58). Both are running the nForce3 chipsets, and have the same FSB. Has to be some kind of performance differnce based on the price though. Any suggestions?

the chaintech VNF3 is a good board and overclocks quite well. DFI boards have special requirements. www.dfi-street.com

DFIs are good but picky. Thats my only knock on DFI.
