If you have installed any version of Catalyst in close to last year (or longer), you already have it. If you haven't, look in Add/Remove Programs and it should be listed there (right above the listing for the drivers and CCC/control panel).

Use DriverCleaner3. Its much better. May require more but it works (IMO) better.

Try clicking on Remove.
