are these good timings on ram?

if i go to SPD on cpu-z, it says CAS# Latency is 2.0-2.5-3.0, is that good, or am I reading the wrong thing?

It should have four numbers, like mine is 3.0,3,3,8. The best i have seen is 2.0,2,2,5.

Well those are pretty darn high for what speeds you are running according to the other screen you posted.

Are you Overclocking? what ram did you get cause my ram (in the sig) runs at the same speed but the timings are much lower making it faster.

That's some low quality RAM there... SPD is what the manufacturer rates the RAM at, and the Memory tab is what it's actually running at right now. So your SPD means that if you run it at 200MHz, you can only get timings of 3-3-3-8, which are VERY high for that speed. Lower (also called tighter) timings are better. Overclockers try to get to 2-2-2-5 while running it at a higher speed. That's why DDR500 RAM is good for overclocking, it comes stock at 250MHz, and the more expensive ones are at lower timings.

no i am not overclocking, that ram came with my hp pavilion a1130n.
