Way to go ASUS, 2 7800 GT's on one card...

Imagine 2 of those in SLi, it would be like 4 7800 GT's.

Damn! I like the fact that you plug it into an outlet instead of your power supply. That thing must be a beast by itself, can't imagine 2 in SLI.

This card looks perfect for a shuttle pc.

          It uses both actually. http://www.pcper.com/images/reviews/175/power2.gif

I don't remember seeing any mention of having two of them going in SLI though. Wonder if it's possible.

I wonder how much heat that would produce. You would need like a Zalman VF-700-CU for each one to keep the temps even just OK. But that's awesome, i wonder how much they'll retail for, it's just one step closer to completely combining 2 GPUs on one vid card, just like X2 CPUs.

lol it would need like a liquid cooling system just for taht card, if it was posible for sli with those, MY GOD 4 gpus.... freaking god damn insane.

Doesn't anyone realize there isn't a processor on the planet that could handle all the juice it offers?
Many articles mention the FX-55 still not being enough CPU for games such as Far Cry...why the hell would a card maker come up with this idiotic piece of P.T. Barnum history?

Anyone buying this would be doing so for a CPU that doesn't yet exist.
                    .
                    .
                    .
For the youngsters: P.T. Barnum coined the phrase: "a sucker is born every minute."

I like the idea of it having it's own power supply. I'm thinking this setup is not SLI compatible though, as it really already is SLI just for a non SLI mobo. My head hurts.

It's not necesarily useless, it looks perfect for someone who can only fit one card in (like a shuttle), but wants the sli performance.

Yah Asus has been coming out with some awsome salutions.
Seen this card a few months ago but hade a little sleeker look to it.

And now Asus have a motherboard that can support 16x on a single pci-E bus.
Lets hope they put 2 an 2 together and make Quade GPU's reaility:)

Altho I persanly would like to see asus creat a mirrored rige using the fudoR520 chip since its praducing insane GPU clocks.
But hands down enyone who would build this would tromp the compatition,

If i had it...I would definatly seek out a nice water cooling salution,Turn it up and see what this baby can realy do:)
They have the mobos and the card...lets see if asus can pull it off.
I for one think this is probably ther next logical step.

Even if it was limeted to the asus 32x boards.
