Glove is a bit much for me, I dont game enough to warrant me spending money on something like that. I spend the majority of my time in front of a keyboard at work, but I got a mouse pad that helps keep my wrists straight and supported properly. The headphones looks like something I could get used to though. Dont know if I would want to spend much money on them, but if someone offered to get them for me I would definately jump at the chance.

First of all, do not get the headphones. Go for a pair of Sennheiser headset.
Second, forget the gloves, and get a normal wrist band that people use to play ball, tennis etc. It has the same effect, keeps your hands nice and warm, and helps your wrist stay supported, and steady.
I am a system administrator, and work infront of Keyboard/Video/Mouse ca. 16 hours per day.
I seriously do not want to believe that a GLOVE will give you the edge over other players... Imho it's a ridiculous way of marketing a product that nobody needs.

My hand gets tired too as I'm an IT Director and I'm always sitting in front of a keyboard.

I gotta get meone of those, my mouse wrist hurts like hell at times.
