What is Ocing for a AMD 754 semp 2800 ?

Hey all does anyone know if you can Oc a AMD 754 sempron cpu 2800 at 1600 ? I have a Msi K8n Neo 3 754 mb with pci express 16 with msi 6600gt 128 pci express with 1 gig 512k X2 3200 ram,nec 3500 dvd-r burner, WD 36 gig raptor sata hd and windows xp pro sp2.

Someone told me to work with the 200fsb if that helps on the bios. Any tips would help and there are 4 fans inside a basic case.

yea you certainly can OC it. I have OC'ed my 3000+ Semperon 754... Just keep an eye on the temperature, mine it at 30-32 when idling.
