Hi all. I`m looking at upgrading or building a new pc that will support BF2. I currently play it with ALL setting on low and it sucks. I`m posting here to find out everyones sources for buying hardware. I need to find stuff as low priced as possible that is not "used".
Also if I can get some tips on what the more important upgrades would be for my current system to run BF2 smoothly would be great. I don`t know all that much about building or upgrading, but with the proper parts in hand I can figure it out. Currently I have a 2gig P4, 512 ram, SB Live audio, fx5200 video, and I`ve had this pc for about 3 years so anything else that might be good to get upgraded after that amount of time I would need aswell.
It`s all about the cash. I figure I will build a pc literally piece by piece until it`s complete or upgrade my system piece by piece in the order of what would be of most importance. Any help that anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated. I`m working on about a $500 budget, but going piece by piece it can go a bit higher.. Thanks for your time.
