Yeah, and you got better stuff, you even got dual monitors, all i would change is the cooling system (resolator is only good because it's completely fanless, i would go for a Big Water from Thermaltake and save 100 bucks). ANd change the case to at least an antec P-180, as well as have a FX-57. And if this were to be bought near the end of the year i would put in two X1800XTs running in crossfire. But all the rest, i must agree on.

nowadays with 200 rebate with free shipping, alienware isnt that expensive after all.
if you get Aurora 5500 or Area-51( i dont recommend intel for gaming) you end up spending only couple of hundred dollars more than the same hardware from newegg.com which you have to pay tax (like me who lives in CA, and warrenty for each product ) And shipping...
its not a bad option if you dont know how to build the comp.
unlike these experts who built computers in the past, you gonna run into problems. If you have a friend who could help you out, customize it.
If not, get Aurora 5500 well equipped for around 1500 with 1yr warrenty which cost only 49bucks. its upgradable as well as expendable.

If you live near a major city.. look for large computer shows..
Theres one in my city 1 weekend per month.. HUGE.. top of the line
products at dirt cheap prices..

My gaming pc is a AN8-SLI Fatality Abit Mobo with a 3200 Athlon/64
Socket 939 , ATI X800XL/256 PCI-E , 1.5GB 3200 ram , 250GB Maxtor ,
Memorex DVD R/W 16x , Floppy , Keyboard , Logitech MX510 Mouse ,
19" Flat Panel LCD with 12ns response time , in a pretty cool lookin case
with lights , neon kit , 520W PS , 4 total case fans.

All this was $975.

I have several other machines that I use for other things, but $975 for
a total PC package including a pretty damn good video card cant be
beat, I dont think.

COMPUTER SHOWS ROCK! I could stay there for days.. not to mention
you get to see all the latest stuff..

lol, super fast, faster than the speed of light, pixels. Oh wait 10 yrs, quad core cpu's, 4gigs of pc20,000 minimum, 4 Nvidia sli 14,000GTX LIFELIKE Video cards, oh and EVERYTHING is wireless. Full gaming rooms w/ 360degree monitor's. Of course a brand new copy of BF5, complete w/ more problems than ever. AH, i cant wait..............
