I'll buy the Asus because I don't like overclocking components. It has a bit of un-proffesional touch if you know what I mean. It SHALL be stock.

Care to back that statement up with some reviews, facts, benchmarks or whatever?
I've never seen this board getting slagged off in ANY review - apart from yours (can't really call that a review, lol, just a personal biased opinion from what I can see).
