It doesn't matter if you did a Quick or Full format, it'll be able to retreive the same (or almost) amount of data.
Both the quick and full format wipes your harddrive, the only difference is that with a Full format, Windows scans the whole harddrive and marks out bad sectors, so they wont be used for new files.
I'm not sure how well this program works if you put new files on the drive, but I've heard reports where people have retreived data after as many as 7 formats!
