o0o.. kool.. Well thats interesting, non-condustive.. smart... :P

Im not that serious about OC'ing, as you can see by my sig, their only marginally OC'ed, but in the long term i guess it might be worth it... especially if their quieter...

Also, im having thie problem, ive OC'ed my FSB on my CPU to 220 instead of 200, i have tried to increase it more, and i can get it up to 229, but anything over that and i get these weird errors... (it says i can get it up to 255.. but i dont seem to be able to). If i put it over that it can find the HD on start up... Anyone know how i can fix this, or is there something im dong very wrong???

That is what I was talking about systems getting unstable when they get too hot. When you OC you get better performance but the system gets hotter making it unstable. That could be where the errors are comming from. This is a hard question cause it could be a number of things. But it sounds like something is getting to hot.

Its not the temp.. unless the sensor is really stuffing up.. but it doesnt look oto be as when i increase the FSB, te temp increases after i leave it for 5 min or so.. but its never over 40 deg C.... Its just wierd, and why wouldnt it be able to find te HD.... of all things... ??? oh well... lol..

Why wouldnt be able to find the HD? Like I said OCing is tricky cause when you OC one thing you have to mess with another to make it work properly. Does sound weird but it is a omputer they do what they want..lol...

Haha.. So true, but hey im happy with the 220 FSB, it was just a wierd thing to happen... Oh well.. :)

Also, my temp has now gone back down to 32* ansd has been sitting there steady for 20 min or so while ive been browsing the web and posting.. and its still OC'ed the same... wierd...
