Are these load times typical for a 1 gigoram?

    Map: Wake Island 2007

    Leve loading: 1 m 50 secs
    Verifying Client data: 1 m 32 secs
    total: 3 m 22 secs

Also would the number of mods I have affect the verifying client data time?

And here's more specs for additional reference.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP SP2
    Processor: Athlon 64 3000
Graphics Card: eVGA NVidia 6800 GT 256MB
Sound Card: Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Gamer
    Memory: 1GB Corsair DDR PC-3200 VS512MB400C3
    Motherboard: Chaintech VNF3-250
    Direct X: 9.0c
    Hard drive: Hitachi Deskstar 7K250 160GB + Western Digital WD800 80GB
    Power Supply: Thermaltake Purepower 420W

Yep, pretty typical, except when i load it's like vice versa, the client data time takes a bit more time than the regular loading.

Seriously, on the fastest servers it took over over 1:30 minutes, the longest took up to ike 4 minutes. I'm not joking at all. But again, maybe it's because i have value ram with timings of 3-3-3-8.

Ditto. But a little bit less. Maybe 15 to 25 sec on each. If anyone really cares enough I'll time it.

The MOD's on your PC will effect it as it has to search all the folders to "Verify" they are correct and have not been changed.
Also, have you defragged your HD? This helps with the map loading.
