WOW, KINGOFCHAOS you are absolutly a ati fanboy bitch. In the other thread, x1800 Benches you are the same way. You are so blind to the fact that you read 1 review on 1 site and to let you in on a secret there dumbass, crossfire isnt even out yet, AND it only supports 1600x1200, People that do dual cards usualy do it for E-PENIS or actualy to use for extreme resolutions. And 1600x1200 isnt an extreme res. The card is just not worth 550 when you can pick up the 7800gt not GTX for about 350. All of the otehr x1XXX cards are insanely overpriced and are complete trash. You seriously ARE THE STUPIDEST PERSON EVER. Go jerk off to the damn card why don't you and look at some real reviews not tomsdickware. Like some one else said go look at www.anandtech.com WoW some people realy are just dumb as ****. Sli is stil much better than xfire.

And in the other thread you stated that you would crossfire your x800 with a x1800, witch is not possible. The mix and match goes in the card catogory. Not anything goes. And say you hada x800xt and a x800pro together the XT would run at pro speeds so there realy is no point in the mix and match theory so go **** off you fanboy.

Are you serious??? come on, nvidia has had their card out forever now, plus the new ATI only won i think only benchmark, uuuuu, sorry but ATI didn't do **** but come out wait too fracking late to the game, this battle was won by nvidia a long time ago, so quick being a brand boy and just look at the stats and number.
P.S. You can get a GTX in the low 400 now days. Oh and my current card it and ATI by the way, i dont discriminate.

From a marketing sense, ATI's new card had to be faster than the 7800GTX otherwise what would be the point, and luckily they have done that.

Wonder when we will see the 7850 7900 7950 GTX's.

Theres the pics, read em and weap fanboys. And by fanboys I mean BOTH ATI and Nvidia fanboys. As it has been nearly every generation of card, ATI will excell at particular games, while Nvidia will excell at others. Generally speaking, when you fire up a game and you encounter the Nvidia logo, it will run better on nvidia products, same for ATI. ATI seems to handle AA and AF a little better and thats where they usually climb ahead. Personally im on an Nvidia card now, because at the time of purchase nothing could touch it, but on my next card, i may very well go ATI. Actually no i wont, ill add another Nvidia in SLI :)

Stop getting all ****y over the fact that you were wrong. Anandtech is just ONE of several places that have shown the 7800GTX beating out the X1800XT...so your going to just have to acknowledge the facts that the card isnt supreme.
