Ram Disk Drive

Can someone explain to me what it is? I used a program called Tweak XP pro and i installed the ram drive via that program. Sorry for such a big screen i use two monitors and my main one is 1280x1024

A RAM Drive allocates a portion of your physical RAM to act as a HD to troubleshoot, load game files etc. When activated, Windows will look at it as if it were a hardware device instead of a piece of software. Since RAM is faster than a HD, this concept was popular around the year 2000. Note that you can't use most games on a RAM Drive because of the file path.

And the fact it doesnt have enough space for a game. I put mozilla firefox in my G drive and it loads up faster now.

Cool! There are quite a few neat things you can do with a RAM drive. :)
