ok not sure why your lost on what iam trying to say but ill put it into plain and simple words so you can understand what iam trying to tell you!
on my ATI Radeon RX600 card I can change something from Normal to turbo??????you get it????need it any easyer than that....ok few!??!
anywayz..iam wondering if I should stay at normal or go turbo??
if I went turbo...whats the difference from normal and turbo???only people that know what iam talking about should reply ok...

If you select turbo, your computer will blow up and probably set your house on fire.

Why yes, I was born knowing everything ever known. Of course not, I taught myself everything I know by fiddling and messing around with anything I can get my hands on. It's gonna be either ESC, F1,F2,F3 or DEL. Usually, anyway.

I know absolutley nothing about that card, but I can tell you that google might be able to solve your problem.

Yea lol! I just did that
I can use Guru to overclock my graphics card and CPU,I can change the fan speed from 40 to 70...
I can change my Core temp
memory from 240 to 280
core voltage
and memory voltage.
I can also set a beeper and auto shutdown for a reason..like if I overclocked my memory or CPU and set a temperature to like 80 it will beep me and let me know if it gets that hot....sounds kool to me...should it be cool?

LEAVE the BIOS or any confusing things alone. You can do some serious damage in there.
Or better still dont use a computer either as this post could turn out as bad as the guy who chopped the contacts off his 7800GTX to fit into a PCI slot!!!
