My GTX minimum requirements for power is 26A on the +12. My current PSU has 24A on the +12...how much of a difference would that make? Could somebody find me a power supply that would be good for my card and the rest of my system.

It will probably work, but you might find you get lockups or other weird things happening when the system is under load. I wouldn't be risking anything with a rig like that - money spend on a good PSU is never wasted.
You'll never go wrong with an Antec, say the TruePower 550W, but there are a lot of decent PSU's on the market these days that may be a little cheaper. OCZ or Enermax make some decent units. Just don't go with a generic unit, even if it claims to do 600W, as they rarely have good filtration or protection circutry.
Also, a lot of good PSU's also have dual 12V rails, so you can have a dedicated 12V line to your graphics card. This will minimise any interference or voltage drops caused by other devices such as you hard disks. -

I was looking at some Antec ones, and they had 2 12v rails each were like 16A's...is that good? Does it like add the 2 together to power a vid card or what?Comment
