    I am buying a LCD TFT monitor, but there is refresh rates in them. If the refresh rate is 60Hz in LCD TFT monitor, will it strain my eyes as much as in a CRT monitor? I've heard that if you choose 60hz for example, it is 100Hz, is it true?

      i jsut bought a dell 2001fp with a natvie 1600x1200 resolution. Make sure that your video card can run your games in your LCD native resolution because scaling is horrible with LCD's. when i set mine to 1600x1200 with 60hz it doesnt strain my eyes
